Dilpreet Kaur Walia

Dilpreet is an enthusiastic creative writer and puppeteer. After completing her MA in Screenwriting at Met Film School her animation feature film script was chosen as a quarter-finalist, in the US, as a part of Screencraft’s ‘Family-friendly Screenplay Contest’. Dilpreet has also had the honour of working with the puppeteers of Sesame Street and Cbeebies on the children’s TV show called ‘The Furchester Hotel’. Alongside working with Cookie Monster and Elmo she was blessed enough to have a Muppet dressed as her, this muppet was called… Muppet Dilpreet! She was delighted to puppeteer and voice Muppet Dilpreet in four episodes of the show. Currently, Dilpreet is juggling writing for a robot and a children’s stop motion as well as being a puppeteer assistant. Dilpreet believes life is a gift!
